Susan Monus, Neighbor

Susan Monus has been pursuing her passion of selling real estate in Malibu since January 1990.  As one of Coldwell Banker’s most successful Realtors in Malibu and in Southern California, she has sold hundreds of Malibu homes and estates.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied business and sociology, Monus applied her knowledge to the publishing business at Fortune Magazine in New York, the advertising business at Grey Advertising in New York and the tax- leveraged leasing business at Itel Corp. in San Francisco, before entering the real estate profession.

Monus was honored in 2010 by A Place Called Home, the nonprofit that gives opportunities to disadvantaged youth.  She has donated for years to many charities, including Operation Smile, the Special Education Foundation in Malibu, The Frances T. Monus Foundation for Cancer Research, Free Arts for Abused Children, Cystic Fibrosis, Point Dume Marine Science Elementary School, Juan Cabrillo Elementary School and Malibu High School’ Shark Fund.
